Weekly Meditation
Group, Tuesdays, 6-7 pm
Learn to calm and quiet your mind while reaping the benefits of a calm, relaxed body. Meditation, especially in a group setting, dramatically increases your ability to find the stillness inside of yourself. When the mind and body become progressively relaxed, organs and cells of the body relax, too. Reduced feelings of pain, pressure, anxiety, irritability and anger result. Meditation induces a state of well-being, opening the crown of the head to the broader perspectives on yourself and you life.

third Monday each month, 6:30-8 pm
Monday, October 15 we will explore Healing the Root Chakra. This month’s focus is on reducing anxiety by grounding the body’s energies away from the racing energy of the mind. We will explore numerous options and techniques that will help to instantly settle your anxious thoughts and help you attain a safe, grounded feeling in your body.
Individual sessions for Psychotherapy, EMDR, Hypnosis, Hands of Light Therapy and Reiki all work to bring the mind and body to a state of peace by releasing old blockages and helping you to open to new possibilities for a life of well-being.
