Sahli A. Cavallaro, PhD joins The
Chakra Garden, Center for Mind/Body Healing, expanding full-time counseling
services for adults, adolescents and families who have difficulty feeling
comfortable in psychotherapy
Dr.
Cavallaro has been practicing in both research and clinical areas of psychology
since 1981 in
Owner
and Director, Mary E. Qualters, LCSW states, “Dr. Cavallaro is a natural fit
for the mission of The Chakra Garden.
With her broad range of experience in research and clinical psychology,
combined with her personal commitment to a holistic health perspective as a
practicing Zen Buddhist, she offers a grounded and compassionate approach to
working with her clients. There is a
great need in our community for her areas of expertise in helping individuals
and couples struggling with mid-life issues, such as the “empty nest syndrome”
or identity development, as well as work place issues and career lifestyle
changes. She also offers
Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual/Trans-gendered individuals a safe and non-judgmental
counseling experience. I couldn’t be happier to have her join our team.”
